Return Policy

At Tekaya Retailers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Window:

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return on apparel or as is orders.

Eligibility:

    • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
    • Custom, personalized, or clearance items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Start a Return:

To initiate a return, please contact us at [your email address] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide detailed instructions and a return shipping address.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges:

If you need a different size or style, please contact us within the 14-day window. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, depending on item availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll replace it or issue a full refund.

Customized / Personalized Orders

All customized or personalized orders are final sale.

Each order is created specifically for you based on your approved design or request. Before production begins, a mock-up will be sent via email for your review and approval. Because these items are made uniquely for you and cannot be resold, we’re unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order is approved and processed.
