Custom & Personalized Order Policy
Please note that all customized or personalized purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. These items are made specifically for you, based on your unique design, text, or request, and therefore cannot be resold.

Before production begins, a digital draft/proof will be sent to your email address for review. Once you have approved the draft, your order will move into production, and no further changes can be made. By approving the proof, you acknowledge that the item will be created exactly as shown, and the sale is considered final.
