Shipping Policy
At Tekaya Retailers, we work hard to ensure your order gets to you quickly and safely.
Processing Time:
All orders are made to order and handled by our printing partner. In the product description, it will specify the processing time before your order ships (some products are 3-5 days, some are 5-7 and a few are 7-10).
Once your order has been printed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Time:
Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days within the United States. Shipping times may vary slightly depending on carrier delays, holidays, or high-volume periods.
Shipping is longer to the Pacific regions. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide an estimated time frame for shipping to this region.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping may be available during promotional periods or may not be combined with other discount codes.
Every once in a while, our site will do free shipping within the US (not including US territories) as a promotion without announcements.
We do not ship international orders, if you are interested in making a purchase, please contact us via email.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package’s journey.
Delays & Issues:
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at [email protected] and we’ll help resolve it as quickly as possible.
Incorrect or Damaged Orders:
If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, reach out to us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
